These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ghost Channel Method free training, quiz, website, and any paid Done-For-You ("DFY") channel launch or growth retainer services (together, the "Services") offered by Ghost Channel Media, LLC. By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services provide education, tools, and optionally done-for-you production work related to building and operating a YouTube channel. We do not guarantee any specific amount of views, subscribers, watch time, advertising revenue, or income. Any figures shown in the free training, on this site, or on a sales call — including the $6.63 per-video cost figure, account balance screenshots, or margin calculations — describe our own production cost basis and are not a representation, projection, or guarantee of your results. YouTube channel performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, niche competition, advertiser demand, and your own execution and choices.
If you purchase the $10,000 Channel Launch and/or the $500/month Growth Retainer, the specific deliverables are as stated in your order confirmation and invoice at time of purchase, which may include: niche research, channel branding, a defined number of produced videos, a monetization/compliance pre-check, an upload calendar, and monthly production and reporting as described on the offer page. Deliverables are limited to what is explicitly listed in your order — general marketing language on this site describes the typical offer and is not itself a binding deliverables list.
You are responsible for your own YouTube channel's compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and monetization policies. We provide a compliance pre-check as part of the Channel Launch deliverable, but YouTube's policies, algorithm, and enforcement practices change without notice and are outside our control. We do not control and cannot guarantee approval into the YouTube Partner Program or continued monetization status.
The six-module free training, quiz, and related content are provided for educational purposes. You are free to use the information to build your own channel independently ("Path One" as described in Module 6) without purchasing any paid service.
The Channel Launch fee is a one-time payment due at the start of the engagement. The Growth Retainer is billed monthly in advance and continues until cancelled by you in writing with at least [NOTICE PERIOD — insert before publish, e.g. 15 days] notice before the next billing date. Scripts, images, and video assets produced for you as part of a paid Channel Launch or Growth Retainer become your property upon full payment for the relevant deliverable, for use on the channel(s) specified in your order. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated performance data and non-identifying case-study information for our own marketing.
Nothing in the free training, this site, or a sales call constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Consult your own qualified professional before making business or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Channel Media, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost profits or lost YouTube revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
